- Ground Turkey
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Bread Crumb
- Slider Bun
1. Ground Turkey
In a bowl, take ground turkey enough for making as much burger as you wish.
2. Bread Crumb & Egg
Add some breadcrumb and an egg in a bowl.
3. Add Garlic Powder
Now, add around 2 tbsp of garlic powder and half a tbsp of onion granules in the bowl for seasoning.
4. Add Montreal Steak
Add about 2-3 tbsp of Montreal steak with other ingredients in the bowl. Montreal steak seasoning can add a very great taste to your burgers.
5. Mix It Well
After you finish adding everything to the bowl, use a fork to mix the ingredients until you are satisfied that the ingredients are mixed well.
6. Give It Proper Shape
Use your palms and fingers to give your steak a round burger shape. Add little depth in the middle so as to puff the burgers a bit.
First, decide how many burgers you wish to make and then make enough burger patties. After done with doing the shaping, grill the burgers on a griller.
8. Mayo & Mustard
In a small bowl, mix a 2-3 tbsp of mustard sauce with 3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well.
9. In Place
Take a slider bun and cut it into two halves and then, place the burgers on one half. Now, spread the mayonnaise and mustard sauce mix on top of the burger patties. Cover the open part of the burger with the other half and your burger is ready to eat!
